Taylor Crozier
Manager of Warehouse Operations
Taylor oversees all operations and safety programs, and supports commercial and strategic initiatives. With over 20 years of experience in warehousing, rail, liquid bulk, and industrial logistics, he brings a strategic, safety-focused approach to operations. His affinity for building structure and governance, developing talent, continuous improvement and coaching teams toward long-term success translates well outside of work, where he stays active and enjoys a variety of sports, both as a participant and as a coach.
Paul Hounsell
Operations Manager
With over 30 years of experience in management roles within the warehousing & logistics industry in the UK and Canada, Paul has been successfully managing increasingly complex warehousing and distribution operations with 3D since 2014—balancing operational excellence with a good sense of humour and a serious love for Jiu-Jitsu.
Skye Jensen
Operations Manager
Skye is dedicated to building strong teams, optimizing processes, and delivering results that create meaningful impact. Outside of work, she stays active through various sports and proudly serves on the Board of Directors for local clubs, supporting initiatives that strengthen the community with the same collaborative, goal-driven mindset she brings to managing complex operations.
Tony Thompson
Operations Manager
As Operations Manager, Tony leads warehouse operations with a focus on safety, efficiency, and teamwork. Since joining 3D, he has helped build a safety-first culture, strengthen collaboration, and deliver consistent results. He aims to always bring clarity, consistency, and a cooperative approach to every challenge, and values open communication in all areas of the warehouse.Outside of work, Tony volunteers in his community and enjoys time by the beach, balancing his professional focus with service and the outdoors.
Adam Whaley
Operations Manager
Adam has been a dedicated part of our team since 2017 and leads with a sharp eye for efficiency and a hands-on leadership style keeping day-to-day operations running smoothly and ensuring everything stays on track. Outside of work, Adam enjoys cycling — he often rides his bike to work — and he has a twin brother, which always makes for a good story (and the occasional double take!).
Lauren D'Amico
President
Born into the logistics world, Lauren grew up around warehouses and truck yards in her family’s business. After completing her education and gaining global experience in Australia, she returned in 2011 expanding the company into warehousing. Hamilton is home, where the foundation for 3D Warehousing & Logistics was formed. Now one of Canada’s largest privately owned warehousing providers. Lauren is known for her strong leadership, dedication to safety, and commitment to both her team and customers. Outside of work, she enjoys travel, family time, and being a proud mom to three energetic kids.
Maria Iscoe
Assistant Controller
As our Assistant Controller, Maria plays a key role in overseeing day-to-day financial operations, supporting budgeting, and reporting. Her attention to detail and analytical skills keep us on track, and she is currently working toward her CPA designation to further strengthen our financial team. Outside of the office, Maria is a creative soul — she loves crafting, painting, baking, and riding her motorcycle.
Joy Longo
Executive Assistant
Joy brings 16 years of experience as an Executive Assistant, now channeling her strong organizational and operational skills into the warehousing industry. She is passionate about improving efficiency, supporting business growth, and creating a collaborative, high-performing team environment. Known for her creative flair, Joy is also a master of themed party planning—bringing energy and fun to every workplace she joins.
